Returns and refunds

Once-used boxes are sold in their used condition. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on these items when purchased in person. We may refuse or reduce a refund if an item is returned damaged through the customer’s use or handling, where the law allows. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. Online orders may also have statutory cancellation rights.
